愛媛南山園の抹茶で作った、口溶けの良いビスキュイジョコンド生地と抹茶のバタークリームにガナッシュクリームを薄く何層にも重ねた、濃い抹茶のケーキです。
大変濃い目のケーキですので、コーヒーと共に少しずつお召し上がりいただきたいケーキでございます。
